With water in the garage, one must always keep in mind that it must be frost-proof, which means that the technical area in the garage must be within the thermal envelope of the house.

One more addition: Our wishes to fit into a floor plan correspond, with my skills and knowledge, to the squaring of the circle.

Tips for good architects in the [Umreis von Celle] are also gladly welcome.

In any case, thanks already to everyone for the valuable tips!

Is that even possible anymore? A garage door basically has no thermal resistance, which practically nullifies any energy saving regulation calculations.
Before including the entire garage (which is actually an "extension" here and not an integrated garage) into the envelope, it is probably more advantageous to plan a 6m2 utility room inside the house.

Just take a look at the hundreds of bungalow floor plans on the Internet, in the range of 115-125m2. You’ll find many ideas there. Even though these mostly don’t have a large utility room, they might have a 5th room in that position or something similar.

I tried something this morning, but it's really difficult with the requirements. I made a sketch - and please see it only as that, because some things are not consistent. Overall too big, a second entrance for the dog through the utility room also doesn't work. I just wanted to show you another way to arrange the rooms. You could swap the kitchen and living room. Would it be possible to have the entrance from the east and not the north? Then other ideas would emerge. Do bedrooms really need 14sqm? Does everyone need a wardrobe in the room? Then maybe there would be further possibilities. 125sqm in total was your requirement, right? Personally, I would like the kitchen in the east and not hidden in the west. Bedroom preferably also in the east, because you wake up there. But your preferences seem to be different. Can you share anything about that? If I missed something, I'm sorry.
