Yes.. then.. bring on the glass doors.
The area between the stove and sink might be tight... waste, peeling/washing vegetables.. cutting board, catch basin, chopping tools.
Regarding the sink.. since we have set our sights on the quartz stone countertop [Quarzsteinplatte] we will probably choose one that can be installed flush at the same time.
About your wish for white plastic, keep in mind.. that dark liquids will show immediately.. and also remain (like brewed coffee, cola, tea, sauces, etc.).. I once had such a sink. Never again! Except with ceramic. For cleaning I always had to resort to stronger agents like bleach to get the sink clean again. Moreover, plastic also showed some deep scratches here and there. On the other hand, I often have to dry my current dark alternative.. only limescale spots, I say. But still better than my previous light beige appearance.
I have been planning my kitchen since November now... but soon I will be finished..
