17.5cm KS + 20cm insulation should be a suitable combination for the OP, that would be 37.5cm for a KFW 40 envelope.
I criticized the unnecessary thickness of the hollow brick; KS can do better. But nevertheless, the elephant rule above still applies.

And if the high-rise builders have no experience with KS, then you will not make a mistake with hollow brick + ETICS either. If sound is a bigger issue for you, then think about the windows. It won't help at all if you end up installing windows with a 32db sound value :)
