Yes, there is already, the plus energy house, of which there are already quite a few. The topic of energy, heat, electricity, storage is far from over, for example Home Power solution with the picea system for single-family houses.

Computational plus-energy houses are on a different scale. With appropriately sized photovoltaics, it is possible to generate more energy in summer than is needed in winter in an energy-saving ordinance house. But it doesn't help.

Real plus-energy houses (in the sense that they actually wouldn't need a power grid) exist only as demos or gimmicks for the wealthy. Storing energy from summer to winter, for example via hydrogen, is not economical and also not sensible. Economies of scale will make grid-scale storage significantly cheaper than if everyone stores hydrogen in their – no longer available – basement.

You carbon units have obviously never seen Matrix, although the movie is already 20 years old.

The technological development in the last 50 years has been rapid, and it is getting faster and faster. Some people feel left behind and overwhelmed, longing for a stop to an unstoppable development, there is currently another thread about that here.

In 50 years there will be things (and necessities) that we cannot even imagine right now.

er

I will inquire about what kalksandstein and 20cm ETICS cost...

Or, inside I will definitely use KS... and possibly poroton or aerated concrete outside.

And if the high-rise builders have no experience with KS, then you won’t make a mistake with perforated bricks + [WDVS] either. If sound is a bigger issue for you, then think about the windows. It won’t help at all if you end up installing windows with a 32 dB sound rating :)
