You are right, it wasn't present enough to me.

Compared to what? How much is enough or too little?

KS 175mm RDK 1.8 is at 54.2 and with RDK 2.0 at 55.7. The surcharge is negligible.

And 55db vs. 48db is definitely not "15% better," as we all know. That can mean the difference between "understanding spoken words" and "hearing nothing."

In apartment buildings, there are nice regulations, requiring at least 53db for stairwell walls and partition walls between apartments. Yes, we are not talking about apartment buildings here, but just to get a relation of what is "good" or "not so good." And those are minimum requirements.

Where is your problem? I have my opinion. It was asked! And I try to largely avoid plastic, yes.
7 years ago, when I built, I didn’t have much time or inclination to X-ray every component of the house. I probably would have still built with ETICS back then. But I’ve lived here for 7 years, I could have afforded a bit "more house" financially in hindsight, and so I say again: not again!

I also think it’s great that you tell me how to attach my things to my facade. The things are already hanging.

I find it more likeable... my next house will be monolithic. Then I’ll also have nice thick window sills inside. Also such a disadvantage.

Compared to the other offers from the BT (unfilled Poroton plan bricks, aerated concrete). KS is of course ahead, no question. So far, however, I don't think it has been said whether this option is available from the BT side.

Ok then I'll ask differently.. at the moment I have this offer

Exterior wall:
Gypsum plaster 1.5 cm WLS 0.7
Masonry hollow brick d= 24 cm WLS 0.42
ETICS d= 18 cm WLS 0.035
Silicate plaster

To go from the standard 14cm ETICS to 18cm ETICS I pay 1800.

Now I would have the option to go to 42.5 aerated concrete 0.09 or poroton brick t9 for 7000 euro extra compared to the standard...

I would have to inquire about sand-lime brick...

What would you prefer here?

Regarding the roof and sound...

It is a massive flat roof that will additionally receive insulation and then be greened... so I think that should be good against sound

I already said about the stone change: only if the processing experience is equivalent. What exactly are you concerned with: "efficiency" in Kelvin or decibels per thousand surcharge? Ceterum censeo: Don't forget Pareto!
