Dissatisfied with the home. That would imply that the new house was an emergency solution.
I don't see it that way. First of all, I am simply dissatisfied and not deeply unhappy. For me, that's a big difference.
What makes me dissatisfied is that from today’s perspective, I know I could have achieved a higher level of goal attainment. Depending on the possibility, of course. Without the possibility, I could still recognize the "need for optimization" (which I already did during the planning phase), but it would be my optimal level of goal attainment and thus settled. I do not believe that one should only strive for something "better" if there are glaring deficiencies to endure. If you transfer that to other areas and nothing to the house, it would mean that no one wanted anything above average or special in any area. Then the world would look significantly grimmer and not so colorful/interesting.
