Could you please fill the empty phrases with information. In which specific point are you accusing whom of incompetence and inability?

Are you referring to your list of unfounded theses in #90? I have replied to those. Unfortunately, you owe us a more detailed explanation.

Not to mention the four motorcycles, and the tractor for chopping wood, and the motorhome, and ... . What kind of stupid statement is that, given the initial problem?

Now that's a constructive suggestion! Oh, that was the original situation? Oh, not approvable? That's just typical Germany again. Only incompetent and incapable clowns at the authorities!

The building shape is rectangular. And whether a rectangle is 7.8 m high or a square or a circle does not matter at all to the setback areas, they simply don't want to stay on their own property.

Nice! I especially like the man at the grill and the lady of the house on the lounger.
... Wait a minute,... in the shade! So the sun is in the north after all? ... and the garage has shrunk ... and where has the slope gone...
Sorry Jana, I'm starting to think you're a troll.
Hooray, I made it to #100!

I have to disagree a little.....with the square I would be able to maintain the large setback areas of 1H for example in the south and west, which is not possible with the rectangle if it is positioned as I currently plan....therefore a square would have been better for the setbacks....

But it doesn’t matter anyway, I have paid 2 architects (design plan and submission plan) and fiddled with the plan for 1 year....I’m not starting from scratch and doing everything over again.....unless the worst case happens and I don’t get any deviations approved

Why are you insulting me now? This is the plan as I would like it and sorry that I'm not a super expert in the 3D program.... the slope starts behind the stairs..... that's quite clearly visible in the south view, where I drew a recess as a slope.

Hello Jana,

unfortunately, this is not helpful.

a) the plot with its topology is not visualized in such a way that I (maybe others can imagine more) can picture anything.

b) isn’t this supposed to be the preferred south terrace? Where does the shadow cast come from? Something is wrong here!?

Until just now, I thought, above all, permission capability.

Additionally:
- short access route
- large contiguous garden
- space for west terrace

However:

This information has gone past me so far in the discussion. I find the information inconveniently spread over many posts.

No. YOU are supposed to plan along the development plan. If the development plan never allows you a pleasing design, you bought in the wrong area – sorry to say so.

To summarize again: Your main concern is that the neighbors build at the back in the north, fill in at the front, and then you are trapped by retaining walls if you build at the front in the south?
