Complete house purchase for the small budget

Fair. And nice that you bring it up here, far too often it is said here that you have to budget thousands for sampling. That is not true at all, it will encourage people who want or can spend less.

If you stick to the standard, no additional costs will arise. I actually consider it a given that you charge (almost) no extra fee for everything shown in the photos. Because honestly, do you like that? Assuming money didn't matter, would you still have equipped the bathroom like this?

So, we, my wife and I, took it just like that.

For washing, showering, bathing, and pooping. You don't need any-(n);

- tiled walk-in shower with a glass wall up to the tile without a frame
- double washbasin
- rimless toilet
- freestanding mineral cast bathtub

Everyone has realized their "must haves" in the house. For me, it's the large living room with the big windows. For others, it's simply the bathroom.

It is also never just "the" bathroom that drives the costs up, but the sum of the little things costing 1-2k€.

I can't even list all the little things flawlessly and completely that make our construction project expensive. But the bathroom is certainly not one of them

I wouldn't take the lower bathroom like that. Only Nordlys, as you say, "the same water comes out as from Grohe."

Honestly, most people lack discipline. We were once at a sample center. Everything that spontaneously caused a "wow" was subject to an extra charge. They at least manage to say no each time.
Or you do it like friends of ours. They shorten the sampling. We take the standard and show us what we can choose without an extra charge. They were not in a center; they were shown exactly the 4 floor coverings and finished almost as quickly as Nordlys.

For us, it was also not the sampling. The house from the top edge of the floor slab remained in the offer. For us, it was the many small things in the area of ancillary construction costs, earthworks due to the slope and because it had already been built on. From the new surveying of the old wall - before the start of construction over the construction power box up to filling the driveway because 1.2 m height difference had to be compensated for, not included in the position garage entrance. Roof for garage and basement twice as expensive as estimated, etc.
