Complete house purchase for the small budget

I have already been to the sample center in Berlin. There was a thick folder with prices in the bathroom section, I looked through it, of course there were some items priced in the three digits, but also some in the two-digit range.

Here is from the folder my 20mm shower tray (the middle model in the middle size). There is a different price in the house contract (higher) than here in the price list. I need to clarify that again.

Good thought, but it still doesn’t fit. Maybe the price of another shower got mixed in.

I already have a very flat shower tray, recessed floor ladder, outdoor water tap, all windows already adjusted, floor-to-ceiling at the top. Colored plaster. Otherwise standard. Maybe 10/20€ more for a different sink design. But nothing else spectacular.

How about the standard position for the electrical installation? Often there's only minimal equipment included. Have you thought about a LAN network?

Thanks for the photo, I've never seen such a Muster example live before. They want a 500€ surcharge for an acrylic shower tray measuring 1m x 1m. That's four times the usual price. Amazing.
