1. Post:

And where is all the material in your list?

So you already have 20-30k equity in addition to the total volume of 300k?

From a bank perspective, a complete listing is required. This can definitely be positive if equity is provided, as the so-called "muscle mortgage" positively affects the lending ratio.

Yeah, a bit of equity ~10k is available. We would probably get another 10-20k from my parents, etc.

Has anyone of you ever built with Town & Country? It says including the foundation slab, is that correct? And what about roller shutters and underfloor heating?

call and make an appointment. At the appointment, you will immediately receive an offer and the [Bauleistungsbeschreibung].

How now underfloor heating and roller shutters for 150k€? You get what you pay for. No use, make an appointment, then you'll see how far you get with your 150k€-200k€. And... 10k is not equity. I would possibly only call it a buffer. But whatever. You already notice that 99% of people in your thread say that 300k€ will not be enough?!

We are currently in the final construction preparation with Town & Country.
What do you mean by "is that suitable?" regarding the base slab? It is included in the price, if that's what you mean.
Underfloor heating and roller shutters cost extra.

With 150-200k you won't get far with Town & Country either.

What do you have in addition to the base price? That would be interesting.
