Hello,
He "should" not interfere, he should tell you whether the work was carried out properly and according to requirements. As a layperson, you certainly can’t tell ... and he won’t lose any face by doing so.
Laugh – I haven’t gotten upset about that for a long time; otherwise, I would have a lot to do or at least an ulcer. There are always reasons why or why not ... as long as the earthworks contractor doesn’t give me any reason for complaint, I can live with that. One "of my" earthworks contractors talks like a waterfall, nonstop ... not always delightful; but I can trust him blindly.
Yes, yes, the clumsy ones – most of the time mom takes care of the commercial side and she probably has never heard of i.A. or i.V. in her life.
If the earthworks contractor worked correctly, write it off as life experience. More important now is that your construction company issues correct and verifiable invoices including attachments.
Kind regards
mh, construction expert, well I don’t know if the site manager interferes here. The disposal and the landfill had to be commissioned by us independently, so it doesn’t concern my site manager of the construction company either.

I just don’t think it’s right that a day was agreed for the excavation and now they just started, why can’t someone just call briefly and say: "hey, we’re coming today," that’s all I want.
Honestly, I don’t find that too much to ask, since this item is our responsibility. For example, we communicated this the same way to the neighbors, i.e. the other duplex house.

I just work in an industry where correctness is very important, and just looking at the offers makes my hair stand on end, none of them even include the company’s address!!!
And they are signed by people without i.V. or i.A. ... tsk ... I don’t know ...
