Hi, here are our figures for our setup. We are building in the third row and have secured rights of way and easements on both properties in front of us. Additionally, there are development obligations imposed by the municipality, also because we have to provide a fire department access road plus parking space.

It makes sense to coordinate the development with the neighbors as far as possible, although the one in the first row will presumably already be connected.

For 330.00 sqm of construction road made of natural scree (drinking water protection area), nearly €10,000 were due, but divided by three.
For the development from the street to our property boundary (75-83 m), two empty conduits each were laid for properties 2 and 3 for telecom and electricity, as well as one drinking water connection and one wastewater connection each. We had this done by an excavator certified by the water association. Cost was just under €5,000, which we shared proportionally with the neighbor. So that was manageable.
The water association then wanted €1,500 from us for the water connection and €2,400 for the wastewater connection of our property. This all happens basically on the street side and honestly is extortionate.
edis, the regional supplier here, also wanted another €3,200, without earthworks, which had already been done. Also extortionate.
I am now calculating with another €5,000 for the development from our property to the house for earthworks and the installation of the electrical box in the utility room, as well as water and wastewater connections.

What is also important for the long distance is the question of slope. If there is no sufficient slope, it may be necessary to have a wastewater pump. This costs not only in purchase but also in maintenance.

Ah, the Franconian..... yes, heard of it before ;)
If you have the offer, I’m interested in the price.

What do you mean by "building windows"?

Do you already have costs from the Berlin companies?

Honestly, the costs still sound quite manageable. This week I had estimates between €8,000 and €50,000

You mean the so-called lifting station. Yes, we definitely need that and have already factored it in. The thing costs about €12,000 per house + the annual maintenance costs of about €200

@All: I just had a question about the rainwater. Where does it actually go? I heard the other day that it has to remain on the property. Or do I need, besides the lifting station, a second shaft into which the rainwater flows, which is then subsequently directed into the sewer at the street?

Rainwater must remain on the property and is often used for watering the garden with the help of a cistern,
a rainwater drainage system exists only in the downtown area

Uff. It seems that your region is much more expensive. For the earthworks and piping, we looked for a local civil engineer. It's best if you get several quotes. That’s how we saved a lot. The general connections regarding electricity and water are at least fixed prices here, more or less independent of meters. Good luck!
