Yes, the purchase contract sells a property without contamination. However, the city says that the bricks are not contamination :-(

Now I have to bring up the topic again because I don't know how to understand it. The excavation contractor's information is vague.
Excavate and dispose of soil including
landfill fees
Billing is done based on proof of removal, loading loose material onto the truck.
500 m³ xx.xx € x.xxx.00 €Is the quoted price now fixed, or can they basically charge us for 700 or 800 m³ (exaggeratedly speaking) if it says proof of removal of loose material?

Thank you
Hilaria

The price depends on the quantity .... in my opinion it is not a fixed price

I feared it.
By now, I have heard several times that there are often large differences between the quantities stated in the offer and the quantities actually invoiced. So how realistic is the quantity given by the earthworks contractor? If he writes 500 sqm and then charges for 800, how does that work? To what extent is deviation allowed? Can one demand a percentage indication? I understand that it cannot be estimated to 5 sqm accuracy, but roughly an earthworks contractor should have experience with the excavation and be able to say how many sqm it will be.
Or am I completely wrong?

Thank you
Hilaria
