Are the house connections already one meter on the property?

This varies greatly by region. You can always save money if you have several things done "at once." In other words, the trench is open and each utility provider comes and lays their pipes inside, and it is only closed at the end, not repeatedly in between.

In principle, I agree with but: Many builders (especially in the prefabricated house sector) tend to overlook these additional services that must be provided outside of the "one-piece house."

Either you take care of it yourself and do it yourself or you arrange a fair all-inclusive price for the internal development. The chance of paying an extremely premium price at this point is very high if you are not familiar with the matter / do not know the right people.

You can save money by:
- Doing the trench work yourself
- Having everything done as a package by a licensed civil engineer

Regional differences:
- Who wants which dimensions / cable routing
- Conduit possible and if yes, which one
- Can the trench remain open and if yes, for how long (Electrical sometimes requires "trench to be closed immediately after laying the cable")
- Who has the concession for work on drinking water, wastewater, electricity, gas...

Everything is correct that it depends on the region and the provider. But maybe some people would like to share numbers about what something like that costs. Simply to be able to estimate what kind of range you are dealing with. Or put differently, the utilities are already about 1 meter inside the property in my case. The municipality has commissioned a company for the water connection. They can also take care of everything else. But if they only do the drinking water part (sewage is apparently excluded) and show up with a green flexible hose (which is probably installed). They dig from the sewer, which extends 1 meter into the property, to the house, put in the green flexible hose, which then ends up in the utility room. Surely the water meter is still installed and connected, or is there more to it?

Which flexible hose do you mean? The one that goes into the base plate and functions as a conduit?

So it went like this. I contacted the responsible water supplier to find out how it looks before I started building. There I got a 2m long dn80 flexible pipe. The shell builder/groundworker installed it into the base plate according to the water supplier's specifications.

The new connection with us costs I think 1700€, but that includes a flat rate of 10m. If you need more, it costs 100€ per meter in the public area and 50€ in the private area. In the private area you get 20€ credited for self-excavation.

I then got a mini excavator because I had 25m on my property and dug the shaft myself about 1.3m deep. Then the supply company's subi came and dropped the water pipe into the trench. One end was sleeve-connected to the main line and the other end pushed into the house. Then the construction water meter was connected again for the time being. The real meter only comes after the installation with water filter is completed and the installer orders the meter from the supplier.

The whole thing looks something like this.

For gas and electricity it will look similar, only that with me it goes through the multi-utility connection.

Ah, that makes sense that the mentioned flexible hose is or could be the empty conduit.
