How are the cuts? At 450 you can afford little waste. But if the 570 wastes 100 sqm through strange corners, you don’t really gain much from it except credit in [Geschossflächenzahl/Grundflächenzahl]. Are there other points you like or dislike?

So how do you already know the location and exact size?

If you don’t know the “Zuschnitte”, I would play it safe and choose the larger one, if it fits the budget. With 3 children, having some additional storage space for bikes and such is certainly helpful.

Thanks already for your feedback. So far, I have only once been able to catch a glimpse of the previous planning from one of the landowners before the realignment. It may be that it does not remain final. The plots looked rectangular. The smaller one is located at an intersection and at the edge of the field, and thus only has one direct neighbor. Unfortunately, only one full floor and an attic can be built. The whole thing is then also located on a slope. A basement will therefore be mandatory for us. Costs per square meter somewhere between 400 to 450€. Floor area ratio 0.4

0.4 floor area ratio. Means that out of 100 sqm, forty may be built upon. Only attic above, no so-called city villas. Is the slope very steep? If not, no basement, but more land. If yes, then little land and basement. Although with the house and the desired rooms it already becomes tight.

Oh, a slope, had I overlooked that so far? - what does my basement rule say about the slope in the relevant area? Are both properties in question equally sloped? I'll give the reading tip
