I have good news for you. If the slope indicates a basement, then you won’t need those things because there is enough free space for a window. Light wells (and that’s ultimately what they are) are only necessary when building basement apartments on relatively flat plots.

It all depends on the orientation of the plot.....I need to see if I can somehow get rid of the slope there. Let's see if there is anything in the [Bebauungsplan].

So..latest development. According to VG, it can only go back to the district at the end of April and then stay there for at least 3 months, then another new resolution (1-2 months) and then reallocation resolution with public display. OMG. So it seems everything will be delayed again by 6-9 months after all.
