This is a pretty house, it would of course be somewhat exotic in the wine-growing region....does something like that fit on each of the plots? That would be the question I asked myself.

She is more concerned with the floor plan... meaning the number and size of the rooms. The "exterior" is not fixed. If brick veneer, then only partial brick veneer and also rather in the "Rheinhessen" style regarding the color scheme. It is also not clear if that really fits. It will certainly need to be adjusted by the architect... as a starting plan, so to speak.

Two people see a house and build "pragmatically," I don’t, I see it completely emotionally and try to put it rationally: Even if I assume 20 years of life that I will live in a house and then move, statistically it is about a quarter of my life. I would be stupid not to invest money in this quarter just because I won’t get it back after 20 years. Over 20 years, some imprudence pays off – if joy of life is one of your own life goals. At least for me, it clearly comes before money.

"With without" property - and thus necessarily with zero knowledge about its ground conditions (geological as well as topographical) to fall in love with a particular energy technology, I consider nonsense. Which one? What’s that?

Towards Rheinhessen sandstone. So less red... more light sandstone-like...

The building area does not change. It will continue to be implemented where it is currently planned. So in the vineyard with the corresponding soil. There is also something about that in the development plan. But in the end, clarity will only come with our own soil survey.

Unfortunately, the link is gone now. Is it allowed to post screenshots? Or is that not allowed either? The floor plan is publicly visible on the web anyway.

Then just say what the model is called – it should be possible to find it that way.
