From what slope is a basement sensible?

The house is to be placed on the left in the front area and the garage/carport right next to it, so that the garden extends to the back.

Should or must? Development plan? The question for me would first be whether it is correctly placed there? I would see the plot like that given the slope, with the limitation that it doesn't necessarily have to be a basement.

Basically completely right and good, but a question of costs, because we had not at all factored in a basement so far. If it really won't work without a basement, then it will be more of a "utility basement," that is, without underfloor heating, standard 2.20 meters height, and probably all possible work done by ourselves (standard tiles, painting walls)... simply plain.

Have you wanted a bungalow so far? Otherwise, with the property, one could partially embed the house so that the "basement" is not additional but more or less replaces a floor. Depending on what is permitted on the property.

Well, you're only reading very selectively here. On the contrary, I have the impression that the majority rather advises against a basement if you don't have at least a 1.5 degree slope, let alone building a basement without any slope.

Do not build a utility basement without benefit for yourself, that is the most expensive option.

You don't really have a benefit, otherwise you would have planned with a basement.

Plan with a UG with living spaces. In the south and east you have normal windows.

Either you plan the entire sleeping level downstairs or individual rooms and the floor area becomes smaller.
