And putting the washer/dryer somewhere else is not possible? I agree with ypg, I definitely wouldn’t want that in the bathroom in my own house. Or is it not a house but a condominium? Existing building or new construction? Why are you worried about the routing, and not the architect?

There are 2 doors because we want to go from our dressing room into the bathroom as well as from the hallway to the children:

On the ground floor below is the guest room with exactly the same size. Under the dressing room is the living room.

It will be a single-family house. The thread on it is actually still running or was only "closed" with a question about the stairs to the attic.

In the end, one is at a loss for words regarding the criticism: a dressing room is planned that can only hold 2.80 meters of wardrobe and furthermore a shared family bathroom with two doors, so that every resident who wants some peace on the toilet has to close two doors and thus at least the dressing room door of the children will not be opened again, making the door rather a nuisance for the parents and therefore useless. I also don’t understand why the parents cannot use the door that is accessible from the hallway.

Also, laundry was supposed to be done in the children’s bathroom, which is now removed. Consequently, the plan is now to accommodate the laundry in the family bathroom.

Honestly: I would first finish the house planning and the thread and consider whether you want to build balconies and a lot of living square meters including a basement, only to have a 12 sqm family bathroom with laundry space.
For the forum, linking questions related to one object is very helpful – it saves everyone annoying follow-up questions.

Are you the forum fairy who can declare a thread closed here? If you no longer want or can contribute anything constructive, then just be quiet and leave the field to those who want to help constructively. Fortunately, this type of user predominates the forum here. And people like you mess up threads so that they end in fundamental discussions and distract from a goal-oriented exchange.

But so that you understand as well: despite the basement, we want to wash and dry the laundry on the floor where it arises. For us, the bathroom is not a place of relaxation. For that, we go to the thermal bath or sauna. Bathroom: washing, shitting, washing and drying laundry.

One more thing: children can be trained not to open the door. A 3-meter wardrobe also fits in the walk-in closet.

But you have already noticed that, for example, asked here what the bathroom/house is about?
And that's why I wrote to her about what it is. Therefore, one does not have to be called a fairy here when people give each other the information that the OP does not follow up on.

You don't have to mock that. In the end, only you can benefit from it.

I understand very much. The OP decides which criticism is accepted and implemented. But he does not decide who criticizes and what criticism is appropriate.
If you want to place your 3-meter closet, then you will think of this forum ;)

responded perfectly ... and I admit I did not expect there to already be a planning thread on this. I just took another look and noticed that there is no final state visible there either.

And, with the new section, I don't understand the dressing room, it can also be accessed from the hallway ... so why are there 2 bathroom doors?

And the immediately recognizable status of the ground floor ... the bathroom upstairs and the guest room on the ground floor are not aligned.

No, sorry ... something like this belongs in the overall planning ... and apart from that, what does the architect propose?
