I had placed the doors as placeholders like that :D Your suggestion looks good at first glance. Although we are planning without a bathtub. You could put the washing machine + dryer in the bathtub’s spot and the double sink next to the shower or on the shower wall.

I had something similar before. But then I discarded it. You can also move the setup yourself however you like.

Has a structural engineer looked at that? Then he probably also planned the strange supports next to the staircase? In my opinion, that should hardly cause any problems. You can also partially realize drywall partitions on the upper floor.

Sometimes with the two cross walls on the upper floor as in your upper floor. In my opinion, the vertical walls do not necessarily have to be directly above the ground floor walls.

The bathroom is now rather quick and dirty.

Master bedroom approximately 370 to 380 at the head side of the bed, dressing area approximately 210 to 215 cm.

A closet niche integrated in the hallway, then not so terribly many cabinets have to go into the bathroom.

We are clear on them. The question is, are you clear on them? Best to push the bed up to 50 cm against the wall and then play through all the scenarios. Do you want to get up like that? Can you get into the bed without falling over? Is that possible in the dark as well? Etc. Obviously.

I don’t know what kind of wide bed you have... 4 meters is the room width. 3.13 meters is the back wall at the head of the bed. The bed is 2 meters wide: The bedroom is exactly 1 to 1 this one: Where is the problem with this bedroom? Maybe too little space for a somewhat wide bedside cabinet or what is it? Explain it again. By the way, we were on site and looked at this bedroom. A house from Viebrockhaus, if you want to know more precisely.
