We have thought about your alternative. I briefly replied that we originally thought of it that way (children's bathroom + parents' bathroom) + storage room with washing machine + dryer, but we have abandoned that idea. We want a large bathroom.

Okay, we need to clarify the measurements again:

So far, we actually hadn’t planned a window for the dressing room.

And here is the ground floor below for further bathroom planning:

As you can see, the guest room of the same size is below the bathroom. No other pipes that could be used are present. As has already written, it’s not good to run all the pipes to one drain shaft around half the bathroom. Therefore, we won’t get around having two wastewater channels that run through the guest WC on two sides.

Now you have a large bathroom in the plan, but it is an unattractive multipurpose room with two doors. Where the washing area is, there are also detergents and laundry baskets. I would reconsider the priorities. I prefer to share the bathroom with the little rascals, pardon children, rather than with the dirty laundry. :)

And why don't the two children's rooms go to the south and the bedroom/bathroom to the north, so that the bathroom would be above the ground floor bathroom, if you choose this overall floor plan from of the floor plan thread?

Possibly the staircase would have to be moved a bit further south or something like that.

And, bedroom planning... 20 sqm for a 3 m closet and a bed, which with a 2 m mattress width has a 50 cm walkway at the outer wall... I don't really find that successful.

I'm not sure if your planner had a few beers too many. But the placement of the doors looks more like a dice roll than planned.

When I come up the stairs, I would try the shortest way. Then in the bathroom, it's best to place the doors as close to the corner as possible so that the walls have space for fittings.

For example, like this?

This was due to structural reasons: The walls on the upper floor must be above the walls of the ground floor. Therefore, we swapped the parents' and children's rooms.
