Oh dear, obviously completely achieved their goal and ruined this thread. By the way, we had made more progress regarding the overall house planning or were just about at the finish line except for the bathroom. We no longer posted this quasi-final status here, among other things due to Fee's tantrums. Hence the idea to open a separate thread here with enough additional information – also gladly upon request.

Well, I also asked you a few questions, but instead of answering them, you get upset about the thread's progression. That doesn't lead to anything.

I would reconsider the thing with the 2 doors to the bathroom. Is it really necessary? How much more complicated does it actually make your everyday life to go through the hallway into the bathroom? And is it worth taking up so much space in the bathroom for that?

My only goal is that a thread starter or builder becomes aware of the pros and cons of one thing or another. Overall, you have already been able to take in a lot of my and our advice. So why be so petty?! yes, you had also asked. I forgot to mention that while writing.

I am ready to answer any question here and provide you with the necessary information - that's obvious. Only the cross-reference to the "house thread" to disqualify this thread again is annoying. But since we're on the topic, regarding your question: of course it’s not necessary; it would be very nice to be able to get to the bathroom directly from the dressing room instead of having to go through the hallway. But sure, if there’s no other way, the door has to go.

Why are you not happy with the solution? What don’t you like about it?

Yes, entire plans are necessary for things like routing pipes.

The normal drains could possibly be led within the floor structure up to a point where pipes are already present, or the utility room is located, etc. Then there is the WC wastewater pipe, and a comprehensive overview also makes sense there, to perhaps find a spot where this discharge is least noticeable.

It makes little sense to plan a 12 sqm room so that all water is on one side, or to route numerous pipes in extensions all around the room.

And in general, it is also important for the placement of doors to clearly understand where someone is coming from and what the most frequent paths will be.

So-called dressing rooms that have a raw construction size of 401x150 cm... hmm. When everything is finished, no 4x1m cabinets will fit in there. One wonders if this 150 cm shouldn’t be taken for the bathroom and the wall to the hallway planned differently, making the cabinets part of the main corridor, since currently they act as a side corridor.
