Hello 11am, where can one buy your house-building schedule?

I showed it in post #38 how even a prefab house builder can manage it. A little leveling and it's good. It even works without a basement.

Your plans are quite wonderful but in my opinion still do not replace the local professional. Topics like water, wastewater, connections, heavy rain, slope cutting, usability of the excavated material, paths, stairs, building material selection, evaluation of the soil report – and much more – all need to be considered in the decision-making process before pouring the foundation slab. In that regard, prefab houses are still far away.

And very important: only then go into the dough rest (and normally also the switch setting). The dough rest (which I have explained in detail in the house building schedule series) lasts about six weeks; only after that do you proceed differently depending on the construction method. The switch setting is mostly done passively, overall within the dough rest phase. The feedback from the switch setting also shows whether the house size needs to be readjusted. If after the dough rest you have a good feeling about the chemistry with the architect, you continue with the same one. Overall including service phase 8, but here indeed in the next architect contract tranche up to service phase 5 (if - only in the case of a slab-on-ground house - Holzers would also come into question, then initially only service phase 3 instead of the full module B). I would do at least service phase 3 with the architect, and with the general contractor only from service phase 4 onwards. Service phase 3 is not for drafting slaves. Although, as said, you should always go to the general contractor only after, and not instead of a tender. You get your individual copy where the general version is openly available on the internet for everyone - on "Bauen jetzt" or if you follow the search phrase from post #47 including the quotation marks. But you are also welcome here in your own thread to present your building project and already get more detailed tips in the open consultation hour. I also recommend my clients to go into the forum: a thousand eyes see more.

Hello everyone, I am getting back to you with the results of the exploratory drilling (a geotechnical report cannot or does not want to be prepared for me without concrete floor plans). To me, it reads unspectacular, what is your conclusion from the findings regarding the basement (white tank) vs. floor slabs?

Thank you very much and best regards

All BKL 4 and no groundwater, every type of construction seems possible without any problems to me.
