Regarding No.1:
The WC door also does not work like this. How do you want to walk there if you just want to quickly wash your hands?
The usually open door of the washing machine or the dryer could also collide with the door.
Regarding No.2: You will need a good shading solution when the sun is shining.

As a rule, there are no helpful discussions about floor plans here without you having outlined your needs.
