No, not necessarily. The matter seems to still need some time anyway. If the community already knows the square meters, they probably also already know the side lengths of the property. Yes, there is a soil survey/soil report.
But I don’t think this soil report is only about my property.
What exactly is in it now is a very good question, because for me there is nothing of that kind in it, as I have no knowledge of the subject.
It consists of 269 pages which also include pictures of the soil because samples were taken.
