Schwörerhaus is certainly not a bad provider, but you have eternal waiting times – if you want to move in within 3 years, it could be tight. Just a hint. And the boom has been going on like this for 2 years... No, because you doubted the quality of the wooden houses. No expert doubts that anymore today. Only the quality of the execution is simply relevant. There are many experiences on social networks.

Well, you don't always have to build ceiling heights of 3m. Modesty is an advantage in many cases with small plots and a small budget. 8.50m / 3 ~ 2.80m floor height. Roughly estimated, that would be a ceiling height of 2.50m per floor. That would result in 2 full floors and an attic with a 90cm knee wall. Or you could go down to 2.40m right away, then you would have a few more centimeters of knee wall in the attic. I don't necessarily see a basement. But it would be nicer if there's enough room for it – of course.

The problem with the long construction/delivery time was also experienced by and the comparison was massively against timber frames

Yes, bought, and that from the municipality itself. So no private sale.
Nearly 50 plots were sold and I assume that no one knows yet.

Can something like this even be said for sure, although everything is still under construction or the development is still ongoing?

I have also received numerous documents like the development plan, site plan, soil report, etc., but none clearly states how long side A and side B are. Only that it is 319m².
Is that really very bad?

No, not necessarily. The matter still seems to need time anyway. If the municipality already knows the square meters, it probably also already knows the side lengths of the property. At least approximately. I would just stroll over and check right away what the western neighbor's name is and whether they really want the driveway up there, what is going on with the southern access, and of course who the eastern neighbor is.

Is there already a soil survey? What does it say?
