We are building with a regional general contractor using solid construction. Basically, you can also get everything turnkey there, but that always comes with additional costs.

We had an overview from our construction company, but even that was not complete. Because it also always depends on the plot of land and what might possibly need to be done additionally there.

We are currently at about 40k (of which 14k is for earthworks).

What other costs will still come also depends on what the selected construction company already includes as standard in their scope of services.
