Hello,
After reading some forums here and evaluations on this topic, there are no cost advantages with other newer energy types. The acquisition and monthly costs are the most balanced according to this...
Or what would you recommend??
As Eve already wrote, opinions differ here. Mainly, gas is still used today because this technology is well known and new achievements are initially viewed with disbelief and partly with fear.
Air/water heat pumps (air-water heat pump) have been in use for many years and have proven themselves in new construction. These days, they are not more expensive to purchase than a comparable gas condensing boiler with solar water heating. You must not forget that you have to deduct the saved gas connection costs from the costs of the air-water heat pump for accounting purposes. They also hold up in consumption costs – the much-discussed electricity costs do not occur with an air-water heat pump but with a pure air-air heat pump (air-air heat pump), which does not belong in a normal single-family house construction, but exclusively in a passive house.
The subject of noise always makes me smile – when a German thinks a noise might occur, he hears it (regardless of legally prescribed limits). As an example (other providers also know such examples): in 2011, we sold an air-water heat pump for a construction project in Rösrath; at that time still subject to an extra charge. When the responsible craft company "only" installed the outdoor unit, the first call already came from the direct neighbor that the fan was too loud. At that time, the system was not even wired yet.
