Definitely - I would also like to be finished after 15 years. But ultimately, so many factors come together - no forum can replace an advisory appointment.

I agree with you that a forum does not replace an appointment at the bank.
I will arrange this shortly as well.
However, I first wanted to ask for your opinions/suggestions on our project, as already mentioned.
After all, you are already specialists for me...

Would you also tell me what effective monthly rate results for you from this??
Surely significantly above the €1000/a I mentioned, right?!?
If you do not want to say, of course I can understand that.
You have already given me enough info ==> thanks for that already!!
Also, thanks to you/all of you EveundGerd!!

Clearly already significantly higher than your rate - after all, it's over 100k more

It's 1500 euros...

Ok, thank you very much.
I have and will continue to research the topic on the internet and schedule an appointment at the bank.
Some offers with [Annuitätendarlehens] might not sound bad. For example, an offer could look like this:
200,000€
Interest: 2.34%/a
Repayment: 2%
Term: 20 years
Rate: 886.67€/a
with a remaining debt of 47,000

Or

200,000€
Interest: 2.54%/a
Repayment: 3%
Term: 30 years
Rate: 923.33€/a
with no remaining debt

What do you think about this??
And let's see what the bank says and can offer....

The offers on the internet you can usually forget anyway - these are only approximate values, as 1A conditions are often assumed here. So also 60% loan-to-value or similar....
