As a single-story approx. EUR 220,000; as a two-story approx. EUR 230,000 - each plus the known amounts for painting work, flooring, incidental construction costs, reserves, etc.

Why don't you understand this. After I had read, among other things, some forums here and evaluations on this, there are no cost advantages with other newer energy types. Also, the acquisition and monthly costs are the most balanced according to this... Or what would you recommend??

When it comes to heating methods, experience shows that recommendations differ in all forums.

We are installing a gas condensing boiler again because, in our personal opinion, this method is still the most effective at the moment. Conversion options to other technology are possible.

We have had many discussions about this. The majority in our neighborhood use gas condensing boilers.
There are also air-water heat pumps in our new development area. Meanwhile, neighbors have started arguing about them. The units are not as quiet as advertised, after all.
Only our property met the necessary requirements regarding boundary distances for geothermal energy.
I won’t mention the other methods now. Someone else can have fun with those.
