Abnormal parking space regulation - legal action or ignore?

On the topic: The solution in the plan looks quite good to accommodate 4 spaces, the one in the driveway at the front does not obstruct entering the garage.
But if only the parking spaces were in the way, I would add up the opportunity costs (financing, price increase, rent etc.) for a possible delay of 6 or 12 months for the project, get myself an offer for a "purchased parking space" and then decide, even though I can quite understand the basic attitude.

We had to let a consultant go because the owner was bothered that he wore an EXTREMELY expensive watch and drove a Macan onto the premises. I would also think that someone is charging too much if he smiles at me from the home office in a fully equipped 20 sqm USM office.

Oh, how poor – with a measly 20 sqm office, the Macan is probably just leased. But seriously: if I could afford an 800 million house with stupid companies as clients, I would change my positioning to clean up my client base. Because then, with more pleasant clients, 900 million would also be achievable.

In a forum, it's about getting and giving support and food for thought through the exchange of opinions and experiences. It often happens that people just do something because they like it that way and then look for justifications afterward. This all happens subconsciously; the brain then pieces it together as reversed causality and it seems completely plausible. Sometimes a little nudge from outside helps to get fresh air back in the upstairs room.
