Proposal for further action:

- Officially apply for the named exception possibility (not by phone, in writing)
- If rejected, have an offer made for buying free per parking space; if necessary, file an objection against the rejected application to open legal recourse
- Decide whether and how many parking spaces should be bought free

Once this has been done, the approach of "disobedience" can still be decided.

Yes and yes. Still, the average workplace is smaller. And I'm not saying this to portray the OP as a big shot, but to bring some grounding in case it’s just an average job. Because you could easily save 15m² there, which would generally save costs and might even help with the problem.

Sure, there might be something to that. I rather have the impression that is more upset about the fact than the money. More costs simply mean more there and that for a comprehensible reason, which apparently does not apply to the OP. That would annoy me too, especially since 7 parking spaces, if he cannot do without the ones in front of the garage, make up one seventh of the entire property area – and that for vehicles you do not want.

My approach:

[*]try to negotiate something – personally and on site, then record the results in writing.
[*]then if necessary pay the fee – the money will come back, you look at a sealed area you don’t want every day.

For people who have the "same" problem with the third parking space for the granny flat of their semi-detached house, gladly too - but rather not for luxury self-pityers, not even with a ten-year-old Leon. And knowing Yvonne, certainly not for someone who still hasn’t shown their plot on page 11 ;-)

I took a look at the floor plan. Painting is possible, but then it’s no longer the desired house. It’s not like something has to be cut because the budget doesn’t fit. Place two spots between the house and the hedge, you buy the 5th one [Frei].

Hello everyone,

thank you very much for the many responses.

I am looking for solutions to the parking problem without having to make major adjustments to the house. We want to build our dream house, not a "temporary solution." Yes, the home offices are large but also necessary. Due to self-employment and, for example, video conferences with department heads or similar, they must also have an appropriate "representative character," which is important in order to secure contracts so that the money comes in to pay off the house. Apart from that, there is also a lot of IT in the rooms, which heats up small rooms very much, making it unbearable in summer without air conditioning.

I like the suggestions from and . I think we will do it that way. If the rejection occurs, you can still draw the "emergency parking spaces" as part of a tectural plan.

I have now also attached the site plan with the planned placement as well as some pictures of the property. In 4290 you can see the neighboring garage to which the boundary construction is to be made. 4294 shows the other side. Around the property there are parking spaces on the street. 4312 shows the street with the parking strip that exists on both sides of the street. It is never tight here and there is enough space for trucks when parked on the parking strip.
