Abnormal parking space regulation - legal action or ignore?

I think I already wrote that I wouldn't reschedule because of a parking space.

This morning I noticed 2 former front gardens that were converted into parking spaces. Only I don't know whether a) these are regular parking spaces (one is so short that the Fiat fits perfectly) b) for this solution, the house and garage would have to be pushed back. Therefore, unfortunately not suitable here. Just a sign that the regulation is not necessarily unrealistic.

Try Escorda's suggestion.

Of course it is possible. The development plan shows where it is possible. Has the architect submitted a preliminary building application regarding the changed access? That is at least what I would have done first.

But he will reschedule because of the wrong access. Isn't there also an exceedance of the floor area ratio?

That is a different topic.
And yes, maybe a parking space will then be forced to be removed.
But I think I read in another thread that there is contact with the building authority.

Well, then everything is fine. If you have thought it through for yourself like that and it is all worth it to you, then it is exactly right for you.
