Arrange 6 parking spaces on a property

How do you come to 6 parking spaces? I know rules where for [WHG] larger than 100m2 2 parking spaces are required and for smaller 1 parking space. That would then be 7, but it always depends on the parking regulations of the city. So it might be worth turning the 110m2 into a nice 99.9 to manage with 4 parking spaces. Whether you rent them out or use them yourself is also up to you. You have to build a number of parking spaces per apartment, but you can theoretically also rent them all to one apartment, use them yourself, or offer them to tenants on a "first come, first served" basis.

Bottom left perpendicular: how is the car supposed to be pushed in there? There is no maneuvering space. P2 will not be approved. What speaks against 1 and 2 next to 6? Or straight through from the entrance?

Possibly omit P1. P2 at the back fits. Left perpendicular. Just make the entrance a bit wider, then it works. At least that was approved for us, but with a 10cm green strip between the street and the parking lot.

Then the whole garden is gone. Better suggestions? "The second parking space belonging to an apartment can be arranged in tandem." So it’s about a reasonable arrangement of the 6 parking spaces. Another issue will be that I cannot arrange unlimited spaces along one boundary. Behind it is a green strip belonging to the city, which might be possible otherwise I have very bad odds.

The large apartments get the parking spaces one behind the other, the small apartments side by side. The vehicles reverse directly onto the street. This saves maneuvering space.
