Hello everyone,
in the meantime, I also have the two offers from the civil engineers.
One is at €26,000, the other at about €30,000.
I assume that the civil engineers’ costs will be shared.
In summary, one can say:
1. local energy supplier: €10,000
2. civil engineers: €15,000
3. telecommunications: €800

Total costs: €26,000 / house
There will surely be additional costs to restore the communal path.

Hello Tristan,
we are currently in a similar situation. Therefore, just a quick follow-up.
The development costs are usually divided as follows:
1. structural measures to bring all utilities to the property boundary
2. contribution rates for fresh water + wastewater combined sewer for the development (regulated according to property size and living space size)
The municipality / supplier is responsible for the complete development according to Art. 123 para. 1 Building Code.
Now the question is who bears the costs for the structural measures and whether the contribution rates are additionally charged?
How is it with you? Do you have to bear additional costs as mentioned in point 2 in addition to the structural measures?
Regards
