Yes, I have the 2-module set with keypad (for about €1100) because I already have fingerprint (which is supposed to come for this this year), alternatively there is NFC or RFID. And without an indoor device. But this thing can really do a lot: app control for iOS and Android and forwarding to SIP devices like FritzBox. I have already configured the latter and it works perfectly with our old MT-F including image from the camera (not real video, but it updates every few seconds). Additionally, you can create different users to whom you assign door codes that can be activated or deactivated either time-controlled or manually via a code. And much more. Previously, I also considered Gira, but I want to have a larger video image on a panel later, be able to integrate the phone and my home automation. With Gira, you are looking at around €3,500 (including a wall panel that can do nothing but control the system)....

I can recommend the SHT-7017XM from Samsung. 7" TFT-LCD color screen with touchscreen. Expandable up to 4 indoor and 1 outdoor station and 1 surveillance camera. Mute mode (Mute). Alarm function when the outdoor station is dismantled. But no snapshot when ringing. 3x SHT-7017XM 1x SHT-CP611 1x flush-mounted box for outdoor station 1x DIN rail power supply =1.2k The AV-2DI-01 from GOLIATH, also 7", I find even better, but unfortunately learned about it too late. - MicroSDHC memory card slot - Recording of visitor messages - Image, audio and video recording (also when absent) - Mobile app available for iOS and Android - Connection of up to 8 IP cameras However, also more expensive.

Do you have the SHT-CN610E station for that? What is of course somewhat limited are the 90° at the camera. Could you maybe take a few pictures and upload them?

Instead of the surface-mounted SHT-CN610E, I chose the flush-mounted SHT-CP611 outdoor station.
This is a flush-mounted outdoor station and the camera is hardly visible from the outside, which I personally like.
However, this is also the disadvantage regarding the detection range.
For example, Gira has a huge lens in front of the camera, which I did not find appealing. A huge camera on the outside and a tiny monitor inside.
The SHT-CP611 outdoor station has only a 75° detection range. I simply cut my ETICS panels in the entrance area on the right and left at an angle so that the cut surface is perpendicular to the area in front of the door, and the outdoor station is installed on the front side of the insulation.
This ensures good camera alignment and the entrance area looks nicer with the angled cuts.

The disadvantages of the system:
User manual only in (I believe) Korean and English. But it has many pictures and is easy to understand.
The SHT-CP611 outdoor station hums quietly. However, it is only noticeable in the evening when it is quiet outside. It does not disturb communication. How the other outdoor stations are? No idea.

Do you know if the VDV610 takes a snapshot when ringing? I can't find anything about that..

No, unfortunately not. As I said, I never tested it. But if it’s not in the documents, it surely doesn’t do that. You would also need a menu to view the snapshots.
