You don’t need to read or reply in my thread, live your life if you have one.

This is no longer a very rare attitude.
My colleagues and I regularly receive parental inquiries at work through the official(!) email address well after 6 PM, about once a quarter. Then, starting at 10 PM, a complaint email follows asking why there is no response. At 7 AM sharp, the secretary is called to file the official complaint. If I show up fifteen minutes later and log in for the first time and read the emails, the entire official complaint process has already been set in motion.
You couldn't make this up.

Yes, I gladly do. I always have popcorn with me. And I’m happy every time that I’m not your neighbor and don’t have to know you better, as exhausting as you are.

A complaint and demand are something else than when I politely ask "it would be nice" if someone could reply to me by the next evening or Tuesday morning, i.e. within 24-36 hours, not necessarily because I have to submit something. I don’t force anyone or complain. I also find it very admirable what kind of basic attitude some people have here, always negative.

You believe YOU did that? Politely "asked"?

Sorry, the word "please" was not there. "It would be nice" is not a polite request. It is the polite way of demanding something.

You have a demanding attitude, not a politely requesting one. By the way, not only in the quoted post.
People are used to that tone from supervisors, not from people seeking help. That is confusing, and despite this confusion, you are still being helped with admirable patience. I hope you appreciate that.

Oops, I overlooked the polite "please" in your request. When my boss says "It would be nice if..." that's the more polite version of "This must be finished by... Now get on with it."
