A dimensioned floor plan view would be useful so that something can also be recognized.

It would be great if someone could give me feedback by tomorrow. On Tuesday, I have to say what I want. Also, how the tiles should be laid, 120 by 60, and whether I want a splash guard. These would be only around the bay window.

Well ... your data is rather careless ... where are the patio doors everywhere? Where is north or is the plan oriented north? I don't have all the users' data in my head. And I still don't understand why you want a terrace along the entire length of the house. What are you expecting there? EDIT: With 420 cm patio depth and tiles of 60x120 ... the 420 cm should be divisible by 60 cm, then nothing needs to be cut. But for that, it's best to make an exact laying plan.

A channel requires a proper connection to the rainwater drainage, is that given?

The feedback already exists. Many have written to you one or two months ago. And let's be honest: when you read the 74sqm like that - many don't even have that as the floor area in their house. Completely out of the question.

What is supposed to happen on T2? And why are you connecting all of that into one large area?
