Small plot, small driveway - space needed to turn around

Hello everyone,

we have purchased a backland plot in the city and would now like to build on it.

Our problem is the 3 meter wide and 25 meter long driveway.
As can be seen in the picture, a swept path curve downwards has already been drawn so that we can get to the 90 degree - also 3 meter wide - driveway in front of the house.
However, we do not want to drive out of this long driveway in reverse all our lives and definitely want a possibility to turn both from the garage drawn above and from the parking space below in front of the house.
Since the plot is already small and we want to have as much garden as possible, we would also prefer not to move the house further to the east.

Are there also reverse swept path curves that show what the driving route would be?
How much space do we need? Is the drawn swept path curve already sufficient to turn in one maneuver?
Personally, I see the problem more from the garage above than from the parking space. Do you see it similarly?

We now need to divide the front plot in a timely manner and accordingly we have to determine how much space we need.

Our car is an Opel Astra (about 4.4 meters long).

Or do you even consider a diagonal line to be more useful?

Thank you very much in advance for any help and assessment.

That is not a problem, but a fact.
Backing up 20m and then maneuvering, in darkness and rain, does not always work in one go.
The result is that the car remains standing in the driveway.
If the property is small, there is no space available for the turning area.
More important is the gate with a width of 3.5-4m, to comfortably enter the property.
We drive in backwards and out forwards.

Is the plan oriented north? I would position the house differently. To pick up on , the facts of the property apply. The house should then be adjusted accordingly. Why isn’t the house further to the right on the plan? That is more than 5 meters, isn’t it?

I found this again here. You apparently have "enough" garden in the south. Moving the house doesn't make the plot smaller, only the usage functions change… exactly: where the space is needed, here in the west, more space results. I see no problem at all in the prioritization of why you get less in one corner and more in the other. You can also convert the paving or the turning area for parties and thereby "extend" the terrace. Because it is "backland," you are back there just for yourselves and don't have to present an anonymous front garden for strangers, but can also use the front door for everyday evening use. What you can still explore: slightly rotating the house and using a different plot boundary as a parallel reference, so that diagonals form in the driveway at the front, which make more possible. Has the neighbor already built on the top of the plan? Possibly you can do without a fence there and share the area for winter maintenance.

Oh (seeuufz)!
Aerial images, don’t crop the zoom into the cadastral excerpt so tightly,
do you really have to tell every questioner this again and again?

I could imagine that the neighbor at the top of the plan has the same problem (and it looks like next to your pink giraffe-neck driveway, he has the same in white). 1) Is there a fence between the two driveways?; 2) would it be conceivable to at least unite the respective GFL rights for manoeuvring with those of the residents of the other driveway shore?
Incidentally, your house might also have a “shabby corner” towards the garage recess...
Clarification can answer preliminary questions in advance... see introduction :-( :-( :-(
