Hello everyone,
we have purchased a backland plot in the city and would now like to build on it.
Our problem is the 3 meter wide and 25 meter long driveway.
As can be seen in the picture, a swept path curve downwards has already been drawn so that we can get to the 90 degree - also 3 meter wide - driveway in front of the house.
However, we do not want to drive out of this long driveway in reverse all our lives and definitely want a possibility to turn both from the garage drawn above and from the parking space below in front of the house.
Since the plot is already small and we want to have as much garden as possible, we would also prefer not to move the house further to the east.
Are there also reverse swept path curves that show what the driving route would be?
How much space do we need? Is the drawn swept path curve already sufficient to turn in one maneuver?
Personally, I see the problem more from the garage above than from the parking space. Do you see it similarly?
We now need to divide the front plot in a timely manner and accordingly we have to determine how much space we need.
Our car is an Opel Astra (about 4.4 meters long).
Or do you even consider a diagonal line to be more useful?
Thank you very much in advance for any help and assessment.
