Small plot, small driveway - space needed to turn around

I cannot see at all on 6 pages that you understand that you need to change something in the planning and not always insist on the kindergarten.

Especially because, in my opinion, the dimensions have not yet been fully internalized. With these measurements, every centimeter must be well planned. Before mentally setting up the trampoline, the house must first be built. Here, just the question of the outdoor unit for the heat pump leads to having to move everything. No one from the sewage association, electricity, telephone, internet, etc. has been here yet.

No, that wasn’t it (the one I meant didn’t go sour and didn’t end up in Julia’s kindergarten) The drawings had the driveway at the bottom left of the plan, probably south. The utility room was supposed to protrude a bit from the rectangular main body on the right side – the architect (if I remember correctly, female) managed that quite well. But anyway… :)

How's it looking, are you still working on the property? Any news?

We have listened to many opinions. There are many pros, but also many cons (especially here in the forum). After we were finally allowed to properly enter the property and mark out our plans there, it became clear to us that our original plan with a south terrace and east garden is the right choice for us personally. I also do not see the danger of the "tower," as we have to adhere to the neighborhood development anyway (with similarly small plots), which looks completely okay to me. The desired additional 200 m² we will no longer be able to afford in the center in this lifetime, but it is nice that we still have no further development to the south and east.

After we were finally allowed to properly access the property and were able to stake out our plans there, it became clear to us that our original plan with a south terrace and east garden is the right choice for us personally.

And, how was the process of driving back out of the property, in how many moves did you have to turn around?
