Small plot, small driveway - space needed to turn around

Hi everyone,

attached again is the layout zoomed out further...

I think I have found a solution. We will simply drive into the driveway and then turn around in the curve and back into the garage. That shouldn’t be a problem, but I will of course test it again.

Yes, the site plan is oriented to the north.

I also found the idea of moving the house further to the right (east) very interesting, and we have also talked about it.
But the thing is, one house will park in the drawn garage and one in front of the house. Additionally, we want our small terrace to be facing southwest and on the east side as much garden as possible for playing, etc.
The suggestion to move the house would almost completely eliminate garden space for playing. Because maybe the drawing is deceiving, but from the south house wall to the end of the property below is only about 6 meters. If then there is a terrace of over 3 meters, that’s it.

One more addendum: If we really plan to back our Opel Astra into the garage now, what do you think, how large should the opening of the garage be to comfortably drive in backwards (Opel Astra - 1.85 meters wide)? The house would then of course have to be shifted a bit to the south, which would make the terrace area smaller, but always being annoyed about a small garage wouldn’t be so great either.

You don't even know your future cars yet, so garage with standard dimensions 3x6m, with standard door. The right-angle exit onto the 6m wide street is also not easy when a car is parked opposite.

It really hasn't become a decisive giant leap more understandable yet. I fear I am right that 1. the transition green/pink is supposed to represent the intended boundary line between the front adjacent property and your building plot and 2. you need two development easements, namely from "front" through the garden of green a utility right, and in addition to your access strip also from the "side" a right of way for walking and driving over the driveway of white? (and of course 3. that you haven't really read my previous post). This is quite frustrating and I’ll probably better move one room over to the next, more cooperative patient.

Here is my suggestion.

The house with dimensions like the western neighbor. Then you can build a garage measuring 5.5 m * 6 m.

Is the rounding of the front neighbor's corner already fixed for you, or is it just desirable?
