We would like to build with pumice stone with a wall thickness of 49cm. Whether that works and is sufficient for a 40 house, I cannot say. (40 cm walls are planned in the plan)

I wrote to you in the post that floor plans and location on the property should be considered together.

Why don’t you say at the beginning that there is already a post about the floor plan? Unfortunately, you have managed it rather unhelpfully.

Tell us what your reasons were for the placement, choice of floor, etc.

The building height essentially depends on the reference point; are there regulations regarding this in the development plan? In that case, 12 m could quickly be very little.

on average. would you like to merge both plans so that the slope including the house is included? Otherwise, a lot of input has already been given in the thread from August 2023, none of which was taken up.

I have read that and certainly took it into account in this plan. It would be very kind if you could describe to me in detail what is not suitable about the current plan.

There is not yet a post about this floor plan. This floor plan should have only a slight resemblance to the thread you mentioned.

Placement: As close to the street as possible, as allowed by the development plan. Also so that one has an optimal view towards northwest and north. Overall, we would like it to be functional. The floor choice is such that we sleep upstairs and have a large kitchen with a living room downstairs, as well as enough space in the basement.

The reference point is the green dot in the drawing. If I go from this point to the northwest corner of the house, that is 3 m including buffer. That means if you place the house on the corner on top, you can still build 9 m high. Assuming the basement is underground, significantly more. Please do not confuse the contour lines with the distance to the street in the two plans. The house is almost parallel to the street, but not to the contour lines. Attached again are both plans together. Grundstück_Hang_1m_pro_Linie are the contour lines Screenshot_... are the distance lines to the street (parallel lines to the street)
