Hello everyone,
thank you very much for your suggestions and improvement proposals.
I forgot to draw the door from the hallway to the living room yesterday.
This is also one of the reasons why the wall cannot/should not move further down.
You are right that the position for a bedroom in the south is probably not ideal, but it is only supposed to be used as a bedroom in old age when climbing stairs is already very difficult. The primary use should therefore be the office, where a lot of light is desired. We have already looked at the option with the long living / cooking / dining area in various model houses, and the spark simply did not catch. I have no idea why, but somehow we just don’t like it.
You are probably right, and it will rather be a pantry including a second refrigerator. The advantage is that when a birthday is celebrated in the garage, the distances to the guest toilet and drink supply are quite short. We would probably still provide a water connection to possibly have everything on one level again in old age.
What exactly would that look like? I can’t really imagine it. It might be worth noting that the only side of the plot that is or will be built on is the left side of the plan (floor plan) or west (right side in the site plan).
That is definitely an option. We would also swap the bathtub with the double washbasin so that the bathtub is in the bottom left corner of the plan and the washbasin is on the wall of the toilet and shower.
, the views are attached. However, the windows are still not quite right (height, width, position) as well as the sliding doors to the garden.
It will probably first be, as said, a pantry.
Glad to hear that our decision finds support here!
I just created it and attached it as well.
It is simply meant to get into the garage dry and warm and to have a niche where a built-in closet can be placed, which then serves as a wardrobe including shoe cabinet for the residents.
Sorry, just to understand correctly, you would place the office door directly above the door of the shower WC, right? So in the current plan, the shower WC door would have to move slightly to the left on the plan?
Best regards and many thanks again to you all

Personally, I also prefer the separation from the living room rather than separating the kitchen, but I would place the separation a little more towards the bottom of the plan.

- get the bedroom out of the south. Instead, place the entire living / cooking / dining area on the terrace.

- prefer a pantry instead of a utility room

- probably a different room layout - I might rotate the house. and move the entrance towards the parking space / garage.

- reduce the bathroom
- possibly enlarge a dressing room or office instead

V2 better there. But I don’t like the dirt lock, the trapped utility room. The former is much too narrow to bring joy.

Yes, living room separation is better than the other way around.
Glad to hear that our decision finds support here!
I would like to know how the house with garage fits on the plot.
I just created it and attached it as well.
The little hallway in front of the garage will probably be rather oppressive than useful given the tiny size. What is supposed to happen there?

If that were eliminated, you could also adjust the door positions (WC, office) to follow one line.
