I would like to start by thanking everyone who participated.

(We have revised the floor plan once again with support and kept the open kitchen/dining/living room area from the original floor plan, removed the offset in the north and moved it entirely to the south over the living room).

You have received all the information on the first two pages: what is good and what is bad. Nothing more is needed. I haven’t flipped through any further, but more content doesn’t make it better, different or anything. You have to change it yourself then.

: thanks for taking another look at my floor plan The current work status is in post #50. Yesterday I played around with a landing staircase in the floor plan, but unfortunately it doesn't help me further.

This might be related to the still missing answer to my question in post #60.

Yes, that's true... the answer is still pending.
A lot, but not everything, in the floor plan revolves around the kitchen/dining room/living room.
We really like the open character, yet still the "separation" of the living room. The "template" here was a holiday home, which, however, had no study/guest room downstairs.
Therefore, we have the "problem" that our area on the ground floor would have to be larger than on the upper floor. Currently solved by a bay or projection on the south side, and no longer the "unsexy" projection on the north side.
If from your perspective the rest is total rubbish... that would indeed be quite something
But then I would be really interested to know why exactly. If I may express that expectation

That means you took a house X as a template, even though the room program is "X+1", and the "+1" was simply attached on the ground floor,

... and now I'm supposed to quote Kermit too ("Applause, Applause, Applause!")???
Not serious.
