It would be nice if it were like that... unfortunately, this is not the case with the calculation of a prefabricated house provider!

Oh, I'm sorry if your provider considers the additional static effort worth annoying you with fewer square meters. Hopefully, he at least survives his screw-up for as long as your warranty lasts. I have been much more relaxed since I got into the habit of no longer understanding everything.

: That is exactly our "problem" at the moment, that the few extra square meters are not worth 20,000 EUR to us... and that is why we are planning with this offset/displacement. What is your opinion otherwise on the floor plan... you are otherwise also very "active" here

Due to my professional background, such rectangular chamber interlocks naturally remind me of window profiles

How did it come about - was an unsexy civil engineering building the design goal? - I cannot read from the design in which direction the result was supposed to point.
