Do you find my plan in #26 unreasonable?
If not, here is the map without planning:

The scale is 1:100. I draw such things with paint.net because it's so simple once you are familiar with the layer technique. Of course, it's not centimeter-accurate and the alignment is not exact either. Certainly not sufficient for precise staking out, but for the initial planning it is completely adequate.

I printed one out of the development plan and also marked the house once. We have now revised the house and swapped the kitchen / living room. So you have access to the terrace/garden from the dining/living room and no longer in the south, where there is "less" garden.

So where is it then?
I still can’t believe that the offset of the upper floor is supposed to save 20k. The square meters would do the bedroom good. I also lack the imagination that this small offset could look good.


It was about avoiding a full storey. Here it is about cost savings in connection with the avoidance of non-full storey status.

Sorry for phrasing it as a question, then I'll say it differently: No offset saves money!
