Finally, a thread starter who softens the "final" before his floor plan himself with a "almost" before I have to do it.
A knee wall of "only" one forty instead of one sixty would, in my opinion, usually not only be no big deal but often even an improvement - however: here I have the impression that the floor plans come from before this reduction, which makes me fear regarding the eaves-side corridor bedroom - dressing room - bathroom that it now has to be revised.
Otherwise, the deviations from how I would do it seem to me to be essentially on the taste level. Concerning the open space, I recommend using the forum search; there has already been extensive discussion about it here.
Morning, no, this is indeed already the adjusted floor plan with the 140cm knee wall. I could also upload the previous floor plan, but I suspect that would only lead to confusion in the end. Only the knee wall height, the position of the door to the bathroom from the hallway, and the width of the shower from 150cm to 135cm have changed (since we are starting a bit deeper, it couldn’t be done otherwise).
Due to the knee wall change, we also went from a 26-degree roof pitch to a 30-degree roof pitch, which I find quite good in this case.
Yeah yeah, the open space... I’ve also seen it with friends and liked it... and in various show houses too... I think it will stay.
Thanks to you.
You can install a Linvisible door with mirrored inside. It’s a highlight.
Yeah, that’s an idea... I could really imagine it as an entrance.
I’ll try it out.
Thanks
