I would mirror the ground floor along the diagonal so that the entrance is close to the garage, i.e., on the side, and the rest also changes its position accordingly. This way, you would also get some west sunlight in the living areas or kitchen, which then moves to the southwest corner. The kitchen is then “closer” to the street, the chill area rather in the rear “protected area.” Regarding the living room: I find it too short. Sofas nowadays are often L-shaped with a leg length of 3 meters. Relaxed TV watching for four people is then no longer possible. The fireplace could later be too close to flammable materials when furnishing (upholstery should have about 1 to 1.5 meters of distance, otherwise they smolder, speaking from experience). I would definitely prevent a trapped walk-in closet in nearly 200 sqm. The bathroom is not my taste at all: the L destroys the space, to me it unfortunately lacks coziness. I imagine what I touch, see, feel when I come out of the shower... and that is not pleasant. For me, showering has nothing to do with applying makeup. It is not well thought out. (And Feng Shui teachings also confirm my feeling: the CHI center is not present)

That's what the second door is for
No, seriously: she sits in a hallway, so she’s in the way. Uncomfortable for her as well as for the other residents.

The wardrobe is too small. Far too small. There’s no space for shoes there.

Hihi, I don’t shave in the dressing room, and I’m definitely used to detail-obsessed ladies. A somewhat rarer forum mantra of mine than the one about stones is the suggestion to divide two bathrooms not into parents and children, but into maidens and lads. The keyword in ITK is "Collision Domain".

I also find the floor plan quite successful.

I would reconsider the door to the utility room from the hallway. I don't see it as necessary, and without a door there would be more space for coats and shoes.
You can bring in beverage crates through the floor-to-ceiling door next to the garage entrance.

I would also omit the open space.

I think the fireplace is very well placed, and unlike ypg, I find the sofa placement completely sufficient.
, could you try your proposed diagonal arrangement? I am probably too blonde right now to imagine it.

I agree - my bald head was once blond too.
