Hallway to the back has a window behind the stairs and a glass door to the living room Bathroom size as desired due to large open shower. Furnishing (still) only placeholders Criticism of the bedroom not understandable Cloakroom is at the beginning of the hall. Right next to the front door WC is stretched to 100cm and toilet will be placed in front of the window. Sorry that wasn’t included in the plan yet :/

Good morning

The hallway would be too long for me as well.
Don’t you have the option to place the main entrance on the long side of the building?
Rotate the utility room and create a connection garage-utility room-hallway.

The hallway is much too narrow at just under 130. I still don’t understand the unnecessary wall between the stairs and the WC. Even in the utility room, space is blocked off by the walls. The entrance area is well designed, that has to be said.

How can an architect plan something like this conscientiously? Let me see his certificate...

Hm no the hallway is 150cm wide. How are we supposed to leave out the wall between the stairs and the WC? :O [bearbeitet] Now I get it you mean the small wardrobe? Yeah... That almost only pleases us, but it pleases. The walls in the utility room are intentionally planned to separate the technology somewhat from the rest. And shelves will then be screwed to these walls for saving space, or a tool board. : Would you also have some content regarding the criticism? : We initially had it as you described (see first page), but there was a lot of criticism. A passage through the utility room into the garage doesn’t work because we can’t shift the garage and house in depth (north-south | east is where the front door is). Then a passage through the utility room would destroy too many cabinets for us.

I find the approach better than before, but still improvable.

A long hallway wouldn’t bother me, only that it’s too narrow when everyone is marching in and out at the same time with bags and winter clothes, for example.
The wardrobe niche at the back by the WC is okay, but I would remove the other wall that narrows the small hallway like that; this also lets light into the wardrobe niche.
I don’t think separating the utility room and the tech room is bad; we have that too. Maybe the washing machine and dryer can be placed against this partition wall so that you can see them when you come through the door—meaning the connections on this partition wall.
The kitchen is somehow too big and bulky for the mini dining area. And I would swap the sofa and the living room wall unit so that you can see both the room and garden from the couch.
Where is the upper floor for this?
