What exactly do you mean by development? The old factory building is fully developed (connection to sewage, water, electricity, telephone available). Is something still missing?

The price per square meter in DD varies so much, I don’t exactly know what should be taken as a basis. When I look at Immoscout: one wants over 700 euros, the other 240. The location is of course decisive. But the plot is not somewhere in the outskirts or incorporated Pupsdorf. It is actually in the city. So 200 should actually be possible.

But first, the family has to decide what they want anyway. Also, ask the city what is possible in terms of construction. That can take a while...

and all utilities are in TOP condition?

You probably don’t even believe that if everything around was newly built.

Do yourselves a favor, don’t play project developer.

Wastewater development sounds nice, but if the area is repurposed, the main development may still be usable, but the rest must be removed and newly created to fit the new road layouts and plot locations. When I see what the development crew has been doing here for 2 years (!) ... phew.

and factory buildings wasn't DD bombed out? If a little excavator hits a few bombs there you've got some good costs on your hands

The question is certainly also whether one can actually rent out the apartments at reasonable prices? It is always said that there is nothing in DD. But when I search on Immoscout, I have a lot of results for rental offers.
