It only gets concrete once the matter has been decided. Sorry. Before that, it would simply be too risky. But that's why I ask - or at least I thought so - very general questions like the brick wall story or the firewall question, etc.

But at this point that makes as much "sense" as yesterday’s question from the young individual subcontractors in finishing, whether next we would have to decide on the positions of the light switches. Then we build the emperor’s beard firewall and don’t even know if he has one.

Yes, I know. Oh, if you only knew! I've already completely planned one floor... just for fun.

Plaything. It's a bit silly. I have it at work. If you enjoy it, I'll send it to you tomorrow.

Small update. The structural stability of the existing building is now being checked in order to install new ceilings. This could take some time...

But a banal question arises: If we actually decide to build apartments, how is the best way to supply them with hot water? In all the apartment buildings I have lived in so far, I always had continuous flow heaters or boilers. Is this still done like this in new buildings? This is mainly about the cost allocation to the tenant. The same problem troubles us with the heating. We would install underfloor heating. But then consumption measurement would have to be carried out for each control circuit. Are there any experiences with this – maybe also as a tenant? How is this technically done nowadays?
